CallReplay is licensed by recorded physical phone, regardless of the number of agents, lines or active calls.
Live monitoring & Whispering (being able to listen to a call in real time, and talk to the agent without the customer hearing) is a separate option. CallReplay includes:
- free installation
- one year of technical support (by phone and by remote control);
- one year of upgrade assurance (access to all new versions released within a year);
- technical support after the first year includes upgrade assurance.
