CallReplay for Cisco CallManager (+Express) & Avaya Communications Manager

  1. Request a 21 days evaluation license. CallReplay will not run without it.
  2. Download and install CallReplay 4.0.0 ( 77 MB, October 27th 2008 ).
  3. Download and apply the latest patch (4.0.9.1) ( 3.4 MB, Dec 9th 2008 change log ). This may not be necessary as the setup automatically attempts to download the latest patch.
  4. Read the CallReplay Administrator's Guide ( 1 MB, June 27th, 2006 ).
  5. Read the CallReplay User's Guide ( 1.5 MB, PDF, July 6th, 2006 ).
  6. Request support if you run into problems. Customer Support can also assist you with product installation and demonstration over the Internet.
